Ever the staple of intelligent forward thinking pop, Cascine are due to release the self-titled debut album by Washington DC quintet Brett on May 20. After impressing with singles “Golden” and “Chalon”, the group give another taster of what to expect from the long-player in the shape of “Inside”, premiering today at Best Fit.
Commenting on the track, the group state that “Inside” is a “dark observation of the depths of the human condition and the growing societal numbness to our flaws”.
Broody and forthright, listen to the synth fuelled “Inside” below. Head to the Cascine website for further info.
