Sheffield based quintet Blessa follow up internet only tracks ‘Pale’ and ‘Unfurl’ with their official debut single ‘Between Times’, due to drop via newly minted London indie No Self Records on November 11.
Tonally speaking, Blessa plant themselves in a similar light as Brighton C86 revivalists Fear Of Men – there’s a classic and considered approach to song structure and delivery that’s all offset with a fashionable noir undertone and eighties drama. They’re devilishly attractive too, which helps.
Pre-order the ‘Between Times’ 7″ now via the No Self Records store and stream the massively impressive debut below.
