For the past three or four weeks there’s not been a day that has passed by when I haven’t reached for one of the three tracks that make up Kenton Slash Demon‘s recent Schwarzschild Solution Trilogy. ‘Sun’, ‘Matter’ and ‘Daemon’ are works of intense, groundshaking future disco that have helped confirm their place as leaders of the current swell of intelligent dance music currently emerging from their native Denmark.
Silas and Jonas from KSD today unveiled a mixtape that was cooked up for the excellent French blog Trace A Line. Although lacking in any new Kenton Slash Demon material, this hour long journey totally encapsulates what makes them so great. More than worthy of a download / stream below.
Visit Trace A Line to download the mixtape in mp3 format.
Watch the video for the unstoppable ‘Daemon’ below and finally, listen to an interview with the duo on this month’s TLOBF podcast (9 minutes 53 seconds in).
