Joseph J. Jones showcases his flawless voice with "Whisper To A Hurricane"
Essex-based singer/songwriter Joseph J. Jones is sharing a new performance of "Whisper To A Hurricane".
The 23-year-old artist, signed to Communion, released his debut EP Hurricane last week.
This new live performance, shot at a working man's club his dad visits, features jaw-dropping vocals - recorded live at the venue. It's trite to compare to last century's great male vocalists (not naming names), but Jones has a classic voice with rich lows and dizzying highs - it's got a great weight threatening to burst forth, with every tiny inflection rippling into huge emotion.
Jones is set to play London's The Social on 25 October. Tickets are available now.
The Hurricane EP is out now. Watch the acoustic version of "Whisper To A Hurricane" below, and stream the EP afterwards.
