Jarreau Vandal finds vibrant funk in new offering "Westside"
Jarreau Vandal fuses soulful vocalists with his intense instrumentals that create the vibrant and crisp "Westside".
The Dutch musician is getting closer to his forthcoming Anthology mixtape with the third single "Westside".
"Westside" is a colourful snapshot into the traditional producing that Vandal holds onto, as he tries to move away from the bedroom-beat maker image that most people assume.
Backed by a funky bassline that'll make each hair on your head move, "Westside" is a summer anthem that encapsulates infectious traits from soul, funk, R&B and trap.
Speaking about his new track, Vandal explains, "This song bring[s] me to a place far from home, it kind of reminds me of the times I spent in L.A. and brings me back that desire of going back to [a] place I really love.”
