From the suburbs of Los Angeles, JANE shares new single "Midnight Disco" and its earworm of a guitar riff.
Pop-rock newcomer JANE releases his third single today "Midnight Disco" which follows the funk-flecked "We Don't Wanna Dance" and electro-influenced "Sister". Citing The Rolling Stones, Amy Winehouse, Marvin Gaye, The Libertines, & Damon Albarn as influences, "Midnight Disco" is an alt-pop gem.
“I just want to be creative. Rather than just making records, or just writing poetry, I want to explore it all," JANE explains. His already-diverse sound can be heard across the project thus far and will hopefully become more expansive with successive releases.
"Midnight Disco" is out 24 February via Pretty Records.
