Watch: Jamie Isaac – “She Dried”
Heartbreaking lyrics and atmospheric vocals in 18-year-old Jamie Isaac’s ambient track, “She Dried”, have been matched with equally simple, compelling visuals that will leave you in awe.
The monochrome filter adds a subtle depth to Londoner Isaac’s lyrics and mesmerising vocals, whilst the confined room adds a haunting reality to the beauty of the track. “She Dried”‘s piano melody is so simple yet effective, and combined with lonely face shots, evolves into a truthful reflection of Isaac’s unforgettable talent.
The video’s minimalist sheen adds to the track’s tensions. It’s unavoidable tension at that, and one that provokes goosebumps without a second thought.
His four track EP, Blue Break, is out on 24 March via House Anxiety/ Marathon Artists.
