HMLTD bare their battlescars with new single "To The Door"
Already touted as one of London's most spectacularly exciting new bands, HMLTD have shared a brand new single.
With battle cries and sun-spangled guitar twangs aplenty, "To The Door" is the soundtrack to the twisted Tarantino flick you never wanted, with spaced-out interludes taking an eerily enticing plunge towards something entirely more space age.
It's the Wild West meet the most raucous of Halloween parties. Frontman Henry Spychalski dons cowboy hats and spurs to ride a bucking bronco surrounded by a crowd of white-sheet-clad ghosts, before, naturally, it all ends in a bullet to the head and a stream of confetti.
"It’s time to zoom out," the band told The FADER. "The picture is widening. As the image focuses, you begin to see the filth that lines its margins.”
