The first track to be taken from Stein's Strangely Addicted LP to come later in the year, "Summer Rain" is all about putting the punchiness into mundanity.
Featuring Mark Stoermer of The Killers on bass, Glassmaps is off to an impressive start.
Having found himself growing both "creatively and sonically", Joel's aching to push sonic boundaries led to the materialisation of Glassmaps. The resulting debut, "Summer Rain", is a bold and brazen track that presents a more psychedelic slant on the classic rock formula.
Glassmaps will be appearing at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton, on Saturday at The Queen’s Hotel at 12:30pm.
"Summer Rain" is out now via Lost In The Manor Records.
