Brighton duo GAPS have made one of the strongest debut tracks we’ve heard in quite some time.
‘Cascade’ sees former schoolfriends Ed and Rachel forging an impressive mathgaze sound that flawlessly switches between a conundremic mysticism and a new age rumble. The track’s part of an AA 7″ on Sexbeat records, due for a release on 15 July. You can pre-order via iTunes too. Listen below:
GAPS play four shows in the south of England across June and July:
June
11 – Old Blue Last, London
20 – Shacklewell Arms, London
July
11 – Shacklewell Arms, London single launch party
15 - Green Door Store, Brighton single launch party
