Watch: Flyte – “Where Nobody Knows Your Name (Live)” [Premiere]

Summer is quickly approaching, and what better way to celebrate than watching London melodic indie pop quartet Flyte’s new live video for “Where Nobody Knows Your Name”? It’s the B-side to their enchanting single, “We Are The Rain”, and premieres today on Best Fit.

-Much like their previous music videos, Flyte decide to continue with their 80s-inspired visuals that seem to be as easy-watching as their music is easy-listening. They haven’t used a green screen this time, but still thrive in delivering a pitch perfect, dreamy performance of their new track.

The normality of Flyte’s appearance leaves the listener instantly drawn towards their harmonic, magical sound and this live music video undeniably highlights their infectiousness.

The band said: We wanted to make a live session video but we didn’t want it to look like everything else you see on YouTube. They always seem to be shot on a posh camera with someone under a tree or by a river or in some immaculate warehouse space. In the end we did it with our own cameras, the ones we used for “We Are The Rain”. They make it look like an entry into ‘You’ve Been Framed’ and we love the way the tape keeps breaking up.
