“Enter Space” is a homage to UK garage classics from IAMDDB-cosigned Mugun
“It kind of made itself in a way,” Mugun tells us about his new track “Enter Space”, which drops today with visual that nods to the urban catwalk.
“It was produced by someone I know from Leamington who goes by the name of Wigs, he played it to me and I instantly knew how I was going to hit the beat in terms of the flow but because I use a lot of memories to write, I took the beat and waited until I was ready to really get down to it. Which turned out to be the very next day on a coach to London…I sat at the back and wrote about how we would behave in the rave when the garage was played.”
The 22-year-old Coventry-born rapper spent a lot of his teenage years living between the UK and Jamaica but has racked up a killer pedigree in just a few short years. He won 'Best Urban Act' at the Unsigned Music Awards 2016 and has worked with New Gen’s Nye, featured on IAMDDB’s Vibe, Vol 2., and has collaborated with the likes of Kojey Radical.
