The brilliantly fluttering "You & I" is the latest self-confessed "sad pop" single from Effee

A member of a couple of Midwest pop outfits, Ohio's Fran Litterski also records beguiling electronic pop under the name Effee.
Her latest single "You & I" is an intimate and chiming track about a blossoming relationship and those early, heady days of pure infatuation.
“It’s all about the beginning of a new relationship when all you can think about is that person," says Effee. "And when you’re together, nothing else matters.”
Echoing synths, fluttering beats and Litterski's downbeat-yet-sweet vocal all combine to make something which captures both the rush and the caution of diving into something new. So Effee-ing good.
"You & I" is out today.
