L.A. multi-instrumentalist Nate Harar, AKA Dalton, has made a fresh cut called "New Time" available to download for free ahead of the release of his debut long-player.
Using flickering guitars, muted licks and gallons of reverb, Harar sculpts a grand post-folk ditty. Gearing up for a massive blissed-out crescendo, he injects choir-style harmonies into the tsunami of foamy pop - it gets big, and it gets dramatic, but Hara never loses sight of the intimacy, managing to stay restrained in a sea of hugeness.
Dalton's self-titled debut LP is out 23 February via Fierce Panda.
