I’ve been meaning to post this for ages, so thanks to The 405 for jogging my memory.

Alloy Ark‘s debut release, the To The Bottom Of The Sea EP, was a delightfully coy collection of catchy, twee-but-not-too-twee songs – including one fantastic track called ‘Columbian Coffee’.

Now, a year or so later, the duo have returned with a beefed up lineup – and, perhaps unsurprisingly, gone are the twinkly piano arrangements, replaced with chugging, grungy guitars. Lovely.
