Devote yourself to Drones Club and "Feel No Pain"
Drones Club are airing their new single "Feel No Pain", the second from debut EP Rasa, on Best Fit.
The track was originally teased during a recent guerilla gig at Oxford Circus in the UK capital. It's a ferociously captivating offering with wide-eyed synths, cult-like vocal chants, and stomping beats aplenty - with just a smidgen of stylish '90s techno.
Speaking about the cut, Drones Club say: “[It's] a reading, a lesson in salvation and dignity through shared suffering. The video depicts a group coming together and marching to a new, nobler world. Where former enemies make monstrous love and donkeys know kindness from their owners.”
The London collective are set to play a new show this month - Kamio in London on 23 September. Their live show is certainly a spectacle - their recent gathering at the Corsica Studios has been described as "part-way between a religious ceremony and a political rally."
The Rasa EP is out today via PMR.
