"Something To You" is an impressively soulful offering from South East Londoner Dayo Bello
On "Something To You", Dayo Bello invites the object of his affection to trust again, offering to heal their wounds and provide a much-needed shoulder to cry on.
Throughout the beautiful soul track, Dayo Bello's vocals are caramel-smooth and glitter with a genuine warmth that permeates through every word that he utters. He speaks with a genuine depth and wisdom, coming across as a powerful, yet completely trusting figure.
He states quite simply "I need you to trust me", and begings to articulate how he is willing to provide protection and show that it will be possible for the object of his desire to fall in love again, exercising patience and understanding with every move he makes.
The track is layered with glorious and indulgent bluesy guitar riffs that melt into the wider feel of the song, creating a smokey, romantic atmosphere that glitters with the promise of a new, growing love. The end result is nothing short of stunning and exemplifies the promise that the young talent continues to show.
