Danish psych-pop singer Soleima debuts trippy "My Boi" live session
Sarah Mariegaard, the Copenhagen-based musician behind pop entity Soleima, is streaming her debut track "My Boi" in live session form.
Formerly of hip-hop collective Flødeklinikken, Soleima's now striking out on her own with sights on the world of dreamy pop and psychedelic electro.
"My Boi" has got strong MØ x Elliphant vibes in the vocals, pulpy beats, and synths that sound like they've been ripped from Pokémon Red/Blue's creepy Lavender Town section. The video sees Soleima dappled with arboral projections while dancing through a fly-eye kaleidoscope lens. As live sessions go, it's pretty trippy.

Nanna Katrine Hansen directed the session, which you can watch below.
