Bruising lay sentiment bare with new single "What It Feels Like"
Following the success of "I Don't Mind" Bruising are upping the ante with new single "What It Feels Like".
Mixing the intimate with the floor-filling-ly rambunctious is something Bruising have always excelled at. Their latest offering is of course, no exception. "What It Feels Like" revels in every motion in makes.
Meandering rhythms meet sway along refrains, while echoing vocals ring out sugar sweet and coated in charm. Stripped back interludes bask in their own enchantment, a dose of peaceful contemplation before the track explodes in tidal wave of shiver-inducing electric riffs.
"Despite clearly being hard ass punks," the band describe, "we’re all sentimental romantics at heart, so being offered the February slot in the Singles Club, it had to be a Valentine’s Day release."
