Apparat is full of surprises. Aside from being one of the best DJs on the planet, he is probably best known for his collaborations – particularly with Ellen Allien, and with Modeselektor as Moderat.
It was announced today that Apparat’s next solo record will be released through Mute – and you can stream the first track, ‘Ash/Black Veil’, below.
Apparat plays a sold out show with Pantha du Prince at the South Bank Centre on Friday, and then returns to the UK in June for a show with (bizarrely) Moby.
