Bossy Love announce UK shows, drop glitzy floorfiller "Call Me Up"
Synthpop duo Bossy Love have announced some new UK dates for autumn, and shared their magnetic new cut "Call Me Up".
"Call Me Up" is an infectious elixir, welding addictive nu-house beats and vocals with euphoric synthpop charm. The chorus is massive, the hooks are deadly - this is another solid-gold track from the always-impressive Bossy Love.
“'Call Me Up' is about that one person (we’ve all been with) who you’re unable to shake off, even though you know they're not right for you," say the band of the song. "We’re really excited to play it for you all in some of our favourite venues later this year, lets get raucous!”
The band - John Baillie Jr. (Danananaykroyd) and Amandah Wilkinson (Operator Please) - have also announced a handful of headline dates for autumn. They'll hit up The Nines in London on 27 October, The Mash House in Edinburgh on 28 October, and Glasgow's The Poetry Club on 29 October. Tickets are on sale now.
