Betty Who gets back into the groove with her synth-pop gem "You Can Cry Tomorrow"

10 March 2017, 13:30 | Written by Matthew Kent

Betty Who releases new single "You Can Cry Tomorrow", the definition of an earworm with its sparkly synths and overwhelmingly euphoric ecstacy.

Having already dropped the summer-ready "Some Kinda Wonderful" and last year's "Human Touch", "You Can Cry Tomorrow" is the latest teaser from her forthcoming second album. Born Jessica Newham, the Australian singer-songwriter will release The Valley on 24 March. The 13-track record will also feature her take on Donna Summer's "I Love You Always Forever".

"You Can Cry Tomorrow" take us back to sounds of Newham's early work and first album which saw her experiment with a plethora of pop sounds and heavy 80s influences. Expect more shiny pop treats very soon as the album release is just around the corner.

The Valley is out 24 March.
