Listen: Beezewax - "Riding Down The Hill" [Premiere]
It’s that time of year where we reach for comfort, be it a warm cup of tea or a swaddle in a massive quilt. And as we fill our bellies with piping hot comfort fare while enveloped in layer upon layer, we want our music to echo the same.
Leave that to Norwegian quartet Beezewax, who surely are well-versed in preparing for the onset of Autumn and Winter. Best Fit is pleased to exclusively feature “Riding Down The Hill”, a cut from their upcoming album, Tomorrow.
A perfect complement for the brassy glow of Autumn rays and the warmth of breath on chilled window panes, the tune features equal dollops of frosty The Cure-like guitar work and that wistful, bittersweet Dunedin Sound.
Tomorrow drops 27 October courtesy of Sellout! Music, with preorders available now on CD and LP. Catch the band this Autumn mainland and in the UK on the following dates:
