Dublin-based duo Bad Sea return with their glorious new single “Tell Me (What I Mean)”
Bad Sea – consisting of Ciara Thompson and Alan Farrell - released their beautifully infectious debut track “Solid Air” back in September 2016. Almost half a year later, they have treated us to another musical gem, with second single “Tell Me (What I Mean)”.
“Tell Me (What I Mean)” possesses more of a punch than the band’s previous work, with verses laced with subtly layered, laidback rock ‘n’ roll guitar riffs and rhythmic chord stabs, accompanied by a steady groove and Ciara’s stunning, vintage singing style. The chorus is a burst of delicious, scale-shifting vocal melodies that help lift the song to new euphoric heights, demonstrating Bad Sea’s knack for utterly compelling songwriting.
