Art Bloc are debuting "Everyday", the first taste of their upcoming Bloc 800 EP, on Best Fit.
Art Bloc - aka 18-year-old UK artists Jason Vaz and Harvey Wise - make a bold statement with "Everyday". It mixes chilled-out synths with crunchy, high-octane beats - wispy fragments of melody spiral around firm rhythms, with jagged vocal samples liberally splashed over the top. Vaz and Wise offer a fresh take on the familiar, making eclectic electronic full of angles, mystery, and freshness. London singer/songwriter Beth Duck provides the vocals on the track.
Check out a series of collages and illustrations from Vaz on their Instagram account.
