APRE reveal an early glimpse of summer with their anthemic new track “Don’t You Feel Like Heaven?"
New kids on the block APRE reveal their new track “Don’t You Feel Like Heaven?”, a refreshing taste of what it is to be young and in love.
The song is taken from their upcoming EP, entitled The Movement Of Time, and is set to striking, layered 80’s synths that perfectly illustrate a transcendence of the worlds above.
Having first met at Ealing Chess Club, APRE build the songs around intimate moments of warmly blended guitar, contrasting with an anthemic chorus that makes you want to shout every word.
“Time to tell you” APRE sing shyly, before a hard-hitting chorus that is easily fitting for a stage at any festival this summer sets in, and having already performed at The Great Escape Festival last weekend, it looks like this is only the beginning for their inevitable future festival appearances.
APRE take inspiration from the likes of Foals, Bombay Bicycle Club and Tears for Fears and the duo released their debut single, “All Yours” earlier this year, garnishing support from the likes of Radio 1, 6Music and BBC Introducing. Their forthcoming EP, The Movement of Time is set to be released on 25 May.
