Alfie Templeman drops another feelgood tune to beat the lockdown blues on “Happiness In Liquid Form"
Seventeen-year-old up-and-comer Alfie Templeman teams up with The Vaccines’ Justin Young to bring us the funk-infused “Happiness In Liquid Form".
With three EPs already under his belt (2018’s Like An Animal, 2019’s Sunday Morning Cereal and Don’t Go Wasting Time), Alfie Templeman’s dominance over the indie-pop scene continues to grow from strength to strength. The Bedfordshire-born talent is rapidly ascending with another track slotting perfectly into his signature sound of shimmering guitars, upbeat synths and animated drums.
Templeman describes his zippy new offering “Happiness In Liquid Form” as “the most colourful sugary disco-pop song I’ve put out so far”. He explains, “It came about so easily one day in the studio with Justin from The Vaccines and his right hand man Will and by the end of the day we knew we had something special on our hands. It's a tough time for everyone right now so hope this brings a little happiness into people's lives!”
With a chain of indie bops already behind him there’s no stopping this young trailblazer, and it's just the tip of the iceberg in an exciting new chapter for this rising indie titan.
