Tamaryn – Tender New Signs [Best Fit Exclusive]

“In making this record, I hoped to transcend the mundane world, by living in a new one of my own creation,” says California’s Tamaryn.
Tender New Signs follows on from where 2010 debut The Waves took off, with long time collaborator Rex John Shelverton fusing lush melodies with sultry vocals, and blissful sonic landscapes with heart-wrenching hooks and lyrics. Mirroring the West Coast lifestyle that the pair now lead, the new record is a gorgeous and inspired collection of songs, created to help the lovers love and the daydreamers dream.
Tender New Signs is released through Mexican Summer on 15 October. Pre-order the album here and catch the pair live at the following dates:
13 Oct – Glasgow, Scotland @ Mono
14 Oct – Manchester, UK @ Soup Kitchen
15 Oct – London, UK @ The Lexington
