Ahead of the release of her debut album at the end of the month, Norway's first lady of soul Miss Tati has delivered another floor-filling track.
"Here To Stay" combines Nile Rogers-style choppy funk guitar with beats which cross between classic disco and modern R&B.
Across it all, Miss Tati (Tatiana Palanca) delivers a smooth-as-heck soul vocal, which switches to a strutting, sassy takedown in the bridge, accompanied by some brilliant low-end bass. The Norwegian exudes coolness in everything she does, and her debut album is shaping up to be the soundtrack to a long, hot summer.
"Here To Stay" is taken from Finally Tati, out 26 May.
