Izzy Bizu's six artists to catch at Bestival 2016
Izzy Bizu runs us through six acts she can't wait to catch at Bestival 2016, featuring Aurora, Damien Marley, and Honne.
Bizu will be playing the festival at the Big Top on Saturday - it should be pretty special considering she's celebrating the release of her stunning debut record A Moment Of Madness - but there's more than just performing on her mind.
Here's who Izzy Bizu reckons you can't miss.
Aurora
She's hauntingly beautiful when she sings, and almost superhuman. She's like a fairy. "Runaway" and "Conqueror" are such big songs. She has an amazing band too and you really feel the connection.
Damian Marley
I've never seen him play before and I love his music. It will be interesting to see how it translates live, and how much he's influenced by his dad. I see he's got some new music coming out so look forward to hearing it.
Honne
I loved them before we collaborated on "Someone That Loves You", which all came about because of a Tweet. They're two really nice guys and their music is amazing - slow jams are my thing.
Loyle Carner
He's on a Tom Misch tune I'm obsessed with "Crazy Dream". There's a great contrast between their sound. Loyle seems to be making waves in the British hip-hop scene right now.
Kiko Bun
Kiko has got one of the sickest voices ever, and his band are incredible. I am such a big reggae fan and he's doing something modern with it. I also like his bucket hat.
Tiggs Da Author
He's really fun to hang out with and his music is insane. We're both from South London. His music has an authenticity that I love.
Bestival 2016 takes place at Robin Hill Country Park on the Isle Of Wight 8-11 September. Limited weekend and day tickets are still available.
