It seems that Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy is a fan of Parks and Recreation like the rest of us, with the singer set to appear on an upcoming episode of the show’s sixth season.
The musician will play the former frontman of a fictional band called “Land Ho!”, with Amy Poehler’s character Leslie trying to persuade him to reform the group for a benefit concert raising money for the governmental department.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the episode is said to air in “early spring”.
Wilco released their latest album The Whole Love in 2011.
