‘Purple Rain’, ‘Thong Song’, ‘Roxanne’, *NSync’s ‘Bye, Bye, Bye’.
What do these songs all have in common? No, they’re not the playlist of perhaps the most ballsy DJ ever to live. But instead, they’re some of Icona Pop’s favourite karaoke classics.
Pitchfork TV caught up with Caroline and Aino at a karaoke bar in New York, had a bit of a chat about the band’s career to date and ran through some tracks you’d need a beer in hand to perform.
