We recently spent the afternoon with the hugely talented Marissa Nadler whilst she was over promoting her recent self-titled album. Treating us to a candle-lit rendition of ‘Salutations In The Dark’ – a song that up until now has only been available via Nadler’s Etsy store – we were left stunned and transfixed as Nadler and backing vocalist Cat Martino transformed what was an ordinary apartment bathroom located in the heart of London’s upperclass Marylebone district into their own private space: with our camera the only witness. Until now.
