Watch London Grammar perform 'Strong' in session for Best Fit
There’s no doubt that London Grammar are one of 2013′s most exciting bands and poised to be something truly incredible in the years to come.
The calibre of the trio’s abilities is assured; Hannah Reid’s vocal remains a focal point, nurtured yet responsive to bandmates Dan Rothman and Dot Major’s transfigurative guitar and synths. It’s a match made in some glorious, steely emotionally yearning heaven.
Best Fit met up with the band last week for a quite spectacular take on new single ’Strong’, a track that effortlessly will sit atop many people’s lists in four months or so. That’s both personal opinion and fact. Watch the incredible session above.
The band’s October headline tour is almost sold out, with a few tickets left for regional dates. They also play a live-streamed show from London’s Rough Trade East on 10 September.
‘Strong’ is released on 1 September, with If You Wait dropping just over a week later (9 September).
