Wilco's Jeff Tweedy releases charity track for The Replacements' Slim Dunlap

Wilco frontman, Jeff Tweedy is the latest musician to contribute to The Replacements’ Songs For Slim campaign, a singles series in benefit of ailing member Slim Dunlap, who suffered a stroke last year.
So far, the likes of Pixies’ Frank Black, The Hold Steady’s Craig Finn, Deer Tick and more have signed up to the monthly release programme, with Tweedy this month’s offering.
Check out Tweedy, joined by his son Spencer plus others, dishing up a take on ‘Ballad of the Opening Band’ beneath:
