Tricky postpones U.S tour after being refused a Visa
Bristolian trip-hop pioneer, Tricky has been forced to postpone a series of U.S tour dates following what is being cited as “complications” obtaining a Visa.
The producer had originally intended on travelling Stateside during July, but has now announced that the shows have been pushed back to October.
“I’m really sorry to have to tell you that I have to postpone the forthcoming US dates,” Tricky wrote in a statement released via his official website. “It is a situation that is completely beyond my control due to a US Visa issue. All I can do is go through the proper channels and secure the right visa. I hope you’ll bear with me and I’ll make sure that the rescheduled shows are worth the wait.”
It’s been confirmed that all tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled gigs.
