Riff Raff to play James Franco in TV show
Harmony Korine’s new film Spring Breakers sees James Franco testing his own versatility, seemingly writing his own autobiography as he lives it by playing both Allen Ginsberg (in Howl) and a (supposed) parody of Riff Raff within just a couple of years of each other. And now Riff Raff looks set to turn the tables on Franco by portraying a mock version of the actor on an episode of U.S TV show One Life To Live.
The soap opera, which ran for over 40 years on ABC before becoming a web-series recently, will recruit the rapper for a cameo where he’ll play a Miami art-dealer called ‘Jamie Franko’.
Filming for the episode was shot yesterday (11 April) and will air come 7 May on Hulu.
