Pixies launch artwork competition for new album Indie Cindy

As previously reported, the Pixies are set to release their first album since 1991 during April – now unveiling a fan art contest for the release.
That’s right, Black Francis and co are offering a cash prize of $500 to the lucky winner who can rustle up an adequate sleeve. All you have to do is stick to the guidelines below:
- Use 11” X 17” (279mm x 432mm) measurements.
- Include the Pixies logo.
- State the ‘Indie Cindy’ album title.
The closing date for entries is 10 April, with the album itself coming out on 28 April. The winning artwork will be used as for the bonus edition of the LP in independent music stores.
