R&B singer, Miguel has reportedly been arrested in L.A under suspicion of drunk driving.
As celeb gossip website TMZ report, the musician was pulled over by cops at roughly 2.15am this morning (15 August). He was also found to be speeding at the time of police intervention.
Sources say that Miguel failed on-site sobriety and breathalyzer tests, being taken to a police station before being released with $5,000 bail.
A court appearance has been set for September.
