Haim say their second album is "coming very soon"
L.A trio Haim have revealed details about the follow-up to their debut Days Are Gone, speaking to BBC Radio 6 Music at Glastonbury Festival.
“This is the first time we’ve ever written on the road,” guitarist Alana told Mary Anne Hobbs. “We’re going home in a month to start recording. I promise record two won’t come in six years - it’ll come very soon”.
Haim will play a set at Glasto later today, having made their debut appearance last year. It’s safe to say they’re pretty excited about their second stint.
“Glastonbury is the one,” she continued. “It doesn’t matter if it’s raining or sunshine, it’s really about the music. I love a festival that’s about the music.”
The band’s debut Days Are Gone was released in September 2013.
