'Girls' cast member launches Kickstarter to fund her folk band's new video
Zosia Mamet and Clara Mamet, aka Shoshanna from Girls and Amber of ABC show The Neighbors, or alternatively The Cabin Sisters, have launched a Kickstarter to raise money to make a music video.
The pair want over $30,000 to fund a video to accompany their song ‘Bleak Love’, which is currently streaming on Soundcloud.
“We’d both just had our hearts broken, and like sisters do, we started talking about it,” Zosia says in the accompanying video, adding in the project’s blurb: “So, please please join us in the fight against heartbreak!”
They currently have received 55 backers, raising $2,030 of their $32,000 goal with 9 days to go.
