Drake and Chris Brown let off $16 million lawsuit after club brawl
R&B nemeses, Chris Brown and Drake have had a joint $16 million lawsuit filed against them dismissed in court.
The pair had previously been deemed responsible by a New York nightclub after both rappers and their entourage ensued in a “brawl” at a similar venue the opposite side of the street. The Greenhouse club (adjacent to the setting of the fight, at the W.i.P) said that their business had been affected through proximity and association.
But now TMZ report that the judge assigned to the case has deemed that it has no legal foundation. Drake had previously addressed the issue saying it “wasn’t his problem”.
Drake has a new album coming later this year, entitled Nothing Was The Same.
