Dirty Projectors' Amber Coffman working on debut solo album

Dirty Projectors musician and vocalist, Amber Coffman has revealed she’s currently at work on first solo LP.
The Texan native has spoken to the Beginnings podcast about moving to L.A for the writing and recording of the album, among many other subjects as far-reaching as getting over a recent break-up, her upbringing and race issues.
Coffman also recently posted a picture of herself working in the studio with Velvet Underground man John Cale.
