Baauer being sued twice over unauthorised 'Harlem Shake' samples

In new ‘Who’s suing who’ news, Baauer follows on from Frank Ocean in a list of artists currently in trouble for misuse of samples.
While Frank Ocean is receiving complaints from a producer for his track ‘Lost’, ‘Harlem Shake’ man Baauer is fighting lawsuits on two fronts.
The New York Times report that both Hector “El Father” Delgado and Jayson Musson are seeking compensation from the musician.
If you’re wondering what for, then it can be best summed up as: Delago says the Latino phrases at the start and Musson is the person commanding you to “Do the Harlem Shake”.
