Animal Collective take ill and postpone July tour dates
Due to illness, Animal Collective have been forced to cancel their upcoming tour dates in July.
Unfortunately, these tour dates will include this weekend’s Camp Bisco and Forecastle Festival, as well as headline shows in Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and more.
Read this statement from the band:
“We deeply apologize and tried our best to make it work with an alternate set, but ultimately we didn’t feel like we were giving fans what they deserved from an Animal Collective show. We are working on rescheduling the non-festival dates as soon as possible. Again we send our sincerest apologies to fans anticipating these shows, especially considering the cancellations earlier this year.”
The band will continue their North American tour in September.
