Watch: FTSE – Tidal Wave (ft Saint Saviour)
Making a rather sharp u-turn against the schizophrenic ‘CNT HLP MSLF’, West Midlands based producer FTSE returns with the lead single from his forthcoming EP – due out through London tastemakers du jour Lucky Number on July 1.
The four track release which contains collaborations with both Kenzie May and indeed Saint Saviour (featured here on ‘Tidal Wave’) and marks the unassuming Sam Manville as one of the most impressive new UK producers around. Combining effortless pop hooks with sensual vocals and a throbbing undercurrent of bass, it’s no surprise he’s been picked to open for AlunaGeorge tomorrow night at their sold-out album launch show at London’s Electric.
