Flower Fellow unveils twinkling acoustic-pop B-side "The Rope That Ties Us"
17-year-old Colette Olive, AKA Flower Fellow, is debuting her new B-side "The Rope That Ties Us" on Best Fit.
Drawing inspiration from '70s songsmiths like Joplin and Nicks, as well as troubadours like Jeff Buckley and the literature of Sylvia Plath and Virginia Woolf, Olive turns her acoustic-pop into fantastical wonders. Synths twinkle, strings swoon, and echoes bounce with reckless abandon - despite the fairly simple foundation of the track, it eventually erupts into a gigantic fairytale ending.
"The Rope That Ties Us" is the B-side to upcoming single "Madman", which is released 4 September via Circus City Records.
