Sibling trio James Davis beckon summer with bright and breezy single "On Me" [Premiere]
The hotly-tipped sister-sister-brother trio James Davis are streaming new single "On Me" exclusively on Best Fit.
None of the three are actually named James, funnily enough; the band features twin sisters Jess and Rey and younger brother Auston.
"On Me" is a slick piece of Sunday morning pop, flush with breathy verses and breezy guitar lines. It's chilled to the point of freezing, but remains warm on the ear-palate thanks to Jess and Rey's wildly flailing pop vocals. With a locomotive motorik, it's custom-built to soundtrack drives down to the beach over summer, or laying in the garden with nothing but the sun beating down. It's a summer anthem, but not as you know it.
