Making another step closer to a promised second studio album, Clare Maguire unveils a gorgeously touching demo.
With vocal maturity far beyond her 25 years, ‘Changing Faces’ is three and a half minutes of emotion and honesty. The Annie Lennox influence is clear, but the cold simplicity and gentle catchiness of its chorus ensures any thought of the Closing Ceremony is quickly dashed.
