Rising singer/songwriter Frances shines on new track "Let it Out"
Berkshire-born singer/songwriter Frances premiered her new song “Let It Out” on last night’s Huw Stephens show.
It’s a tender and comforting track from the 21-year old who shares management with the likes of Disclosure and Sam Smith. VICE called her "Florence meets Ellie if they were feeling extremely chill" which is a blunt but not entirely terrible way to nail her vocal style.
“Let it Out” finds enough space from Frances' assured voice to lead and dominate the new song, which is is as understated as it is brilliant.
She released her first EP on Communion back in July and makes her debut headline show on 21 September. Two further shows on 7 and 14 October are already sold out.
